Iron Castings: We offer Gray Iron Green Sand castings, and Ductile (Nodular) Iron Green Sand castings. Molding capability includes Hunter Automatic Molding machines, Disamatic, Disa Forma, Roberts Sinto, Georg Fischer, Osborne Inliner, Rotolift, Squeezer and Pin Lift

 

Aluminum and Brass Castings: We offer multiple alloys of Aluminum and Brass Green Sand Castings. Molding capability includes Roberts Sinto Molding, Rotolift molding, Squeezer molding, Permanent mold, and Air Set molding.

 

Fabrications: We provide fabrication processes such as stamping, press brake forming, mig welding, tig welding and robotic welding, laser cutting, turret press punching, assembly, powder coat painting and engineering services.

 

Gears: Whatever sort of gears you may require, we have them, including ring gears, spur gears, bevel gears, sector gears, sun and planetary gears, gear racks, pinions, ground gears, shaved gears and custom gear boxes.

 

Offshore Sourcing: We can help you with offshore sourcing, including global engineering and sourcing. We can provide castings, forgings, cold-headed parts and related components to the OEM. Value added service includes local warehousing and JIT delivery.

 

Specialty Products: We also represent a sourcing and inventory Management Company, supplying specialty fasteners, sub assemblies, special packaging and kitting to the OEM.
